Very Good
Hotel old fashion, but all clean and comfortable. We liked SPA. It is small but cozy.
Staff is friendly but some not speaking good English. So for foreigners it can be challenging but manageable.

Wonderfully run and exceptional value.
Cleanliness, staff, location, room- size.Over all very good value and we will most definitely return.
You could feel the bed construction beneath the mattress. The bed covers were a bit utilitarian and could be a bit softer .

It was fine. The room was good the room was quiet.
I had booked a hotel with a spa as I have a back injury. When we arrived the spa was closed. That would have been ok but I had spa in my booking.com filters and if a hotel is advertised and sold as a spa that is what the consumer should get It is false advertising. The girl at reception was defensive and just said at 7pm when we arrived that her colleague emailed us and we could go somewhere else if we wanted ( we received the mail late due to crossing the border) True customer care was lacking and of course it wasn't her fault but nor mine as a client and consumer. Something like that beeds addressing on the filters or on the actual hotel site such as SPA IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED.

not very modern but kept in good shape. Menu of the day in the restaurant is good value
ond glass in the room was not clean at arrival but it was probably a coincidence
